Example 1 You refer a new ePier Premium Services Subscriber. The new subscriber registers for 1 month at $9.95. ePier pays you $5 every month the new member pays for ePier Premium Services! Example 2 You refer a new ePier Premium Services Subscriber. The new subscriber registers for 1 year at $95.40. ePier pays you $50 every year the new member pays for ePier Premium Services! Sign-Up To sign-up, you must already have an ePier username and password. There is no fee to become an ePier affiliate. You must agree to the ePier Affiliate Program User Agreement. After signing up, you will see a link on your "My Auctions" page to view your commissions. ePier Affiliate Program User Agreement !NO SPAM!!! ePier will not allow the use of Spam or mass email to promote our affiliate program. ePier can, at their sole discretion, remove any member from our affiliate program, at any time, if it comes to our attention that Spam was used to advertise our affiliate program. ePier can decide what constitutes as Spam, however, Spam is known as any email sent to any person who is not personally known to the sender. 1) Terms of this Agreement The terms of this agreement will begin upon your acceptance into our affiliate program. The terms will end when the affiliation is terminated by either party. This agreement may be terminated at any time, with or without cause, by either party. Termination is final when the affiliate is deactivated or removed from ePier's databases. You may only receive fees or commissions occuring during the terms of this agreement. 2) Modifications ePier reserves the right to change this agreement at any time and at their sole discretion. Fees and commission amounts associated in any way with the affiliate program are also subject to change at any time by ePier and at their sole discretion. Modifications are final at the point that this document is posted at this location or at http://www.epier.com/affiliateAgreement.html online. If you do not wish to agree to the new modifications, your only recourse is to terminate your affiliation with ePier. Posting the new agreement on the ePier website constitues a binding acceptance of the changes. 3) Limitation of Liability ePier is in no way liable for loss of data, revenue, profits or commissions in conjunction with this agreement and the ePier affiliate program. ePier is not liable for any indirect, special, consequential or punitive damages in conjunction with this agreement or the ePier affiliate program. ePier will never owe any party in conjunction with this agreement or the ePier affiliate program an excess of the total referal fees accumulated while under this agreement. 4) Independent Investigation You understand that you must read this agreement and agree to ALL of its terms and conditions. 5) Miscellaneous This agreement will be governed under the laws of the United States and the State of Washington, without reference to rules governing the choise of laws. Any action relating to this agreement must be brought in the federal or state courts located in Spokane, Washington and you consent to the jurisdiction of the court. ePier, Inc.
