Q: Category suggestions
A: We are in the process of developing a multi-tier categorization to allow for 4th and 5th level categories. Your suggestions are appreciated and will be examined and implimented when this upgrade occurs. Please send your category and subcategory suggestions to host@epier.com.

Q: How do I upload my images
A: You can upload your images by logging in. Click on the Image tab if you've logged in from the main page or from the login page. When you arrive at the ePier Image Upload page you will see a Browse button. Click on the Browse button to browse on your local hard drive of your computer for the image you wish to upload to ePier Image servers. After you have uploaded, you can either Attach and Insert right away to submit an auction, or you can go to your Gallery page to attach any other additional image/images you have in your folder.

Q: Why does my image not show up#f1f1f1
A: There are two primary reasons why your images may not show. Make sure that your images are either in jpg or gif format. These two extensions are the primary image formats supported by most browsers. The second reason why an image will not show is that the image does not exist at the URL address you have specified. The best test for this is by right mouse clicking on where there should be an image and cutting and pasting on the URL line of the browser. If the image does not show by iteself when you type the URL address of the image on the URL line of the browser, the image is not there.

Q: I made a mistake; How do I end an auciton early

A: You can end your auction early by first logging in. Then you can either go to the Seller's page or the Site Map. Click on the link that says End an Auction Early. There you should be able to end your auction early provided that it does not have a bid.

Q: Help! My friend has Webtv and he is not able to use ePier
A: We have spoken with Webtv technicians and the problem has been that the present Webtv browser does not support all the primary standard internet technology such as HTML 4.0. A new browser will be coming out within the next two months that will allow webtv users to use ePier.
